Terms & Conditions — jeetbu Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the jeetbu platform, accessible at jeetbu.club and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and application interfaces operated under the jeetbu brand. jeetbu is an internationally licensed online gaming platform offering sports betting, live casino, slots, rummy, and related gaming services.

By completing the jeetbu registration process, logging into an existing jeetbu account, or otherwise accessing the platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended version.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with jeetbu's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and jeetbu.

To open a jeetbu account and use the platform's services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jeetbu enforces a strict 21+ age policy and verifies age through CNIC-based identity confirmation. Providing false age information is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, syndicates, and automated agents may not register accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or close family member of a jeetbu employee in a role connected to platform operations, game development, odds-setting, or customer account management.
• You must not already hold an existing jeetbu account. Each player is permitted one account only. Holding multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid date of birth, and a current Pakistani mobile number.
• You must not be subject to any personal self-exclusion order, court-imposed gaming restriction, or regulatory prohibition that would prevent you from legally using online gaming services.

jeetbu reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason. Registration does not constitute a guarantee of ongoing platform access, which remains subject to compliance with these Terms at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your jeetbu account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication method linked to your account. jeetbu will never ask you for your password via any communication channel.

• You must not share your account login details with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify jeetbu's support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• All bets and transactions placed from your account are your sole responsibility, including those placed during any period of unauthorised access that you failed to report promptly.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information held on your account remains accurate and up to date. Changes to your name, contact number, or payment details must be reported to the support team for manual verification.
• jeetbu accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or pledge your account or any account balance to any third party.

jeetbu offers the following categories of gaming services, each of which is subject to these Terms and any applicable product-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform:

• Sports Betting: Pre-match and live in-play betting on cricket (including PSL and international fixtures), football, UFC, kabaddi, and other sports as listed in the sportsbook at the relevant time.
• Live Casino: Real-time dealer-hosted table games including roulette, blackjack, baccarat, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, and game show formats.
• Slots: RNG-based slot games from certified third-party game providers. Individual game RTP percentages are available within each game's information panel.
• Rummy & Slide: Skill-based card game formats available as dedicated platform categories.

jeetbu reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or permanently remove any game, market, or service category at any time without prior notice. Game availability may vary based on maintenance windows, provider licensing conditions, or platform policy decisions.

Where platform errors — including but not limited to incorrect odds, pricing mistakes, or system glitches — result in bets being accepted at clearly erroneous prices, jeetbu reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. jeetbu will not be liable for any losses arising from reliance on erroneous pricing.

All bets placed on jeetbu are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport or market. These rules are available within the sportsbook interface at the time of bet placement. Players are responsible for reviewing applicable betting rules before confirming any wager.

• All bets are final once confirmed. jeetbu does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed bets except where the platform's own error policy applies.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice, including in response to significant in-game events. Bets placed in the period immediately prior to a suspension are subject to review and may be voided at jeetbu's discretion if placed after the relevant event had already occurred.
• Bet settlement follows official match results from the relevant governing body. For PSL cricket, the Pakistan Cricket Board's (PCB) official result is used. In the event of a result dispute between data providers, jeetbu's Trading team will determine the correct settlement outcome, and this determination is final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and may be adjusted for individual accounts at jeetbu's discretion, including in response to identified sharp betting patterns.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed in accordance with the applicable sport's standard rules, jeetbu's settlement policy for that event type will apply. Void bets return the original stake to the player's account balance.

All jeetbu account balances are held and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). jeetbu does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently of jeetbu.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 via JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Minimum deposits for bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are specified in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 1,000. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing: Verified account withdrawals via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a successful deposit on the account, or to a payment method that has been separately verified by the jeetbu compliance team. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) control.
• jeetbu reserves the right to request identity verification, source of funds documentation, or additional AML-related information before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold pending satisfactory completion of any such review.
• Deposits made that have not been used for any betting or gaming activity may be subject to a reversal review before withdrawal is approved, consistent with jeetbu's AML obligations.

jeetbu offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general bonus terms:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real money.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon expiry.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports bets typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Casino slots contribute 100%. Live casino games, rummy, and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all — see the relevant offer terms for applicable contribution rates.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. jeetbu uses technical and manual review processes to identify and prevent duplicate bonus claims.
• jeetbu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited, the applicable terms at the time of crediting will continue to apply for that specific instance.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts and have no monetary value outside the jeetbu platform.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jeetbu and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one jeetbu account (multi-accounting), regardless of the name, payment method, device, or IP address used.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information at registration or at any point during account verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, data scraping tools, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players in poker, rummy, or any multiplayer game format to manipulate outcomes or share information in a way that confers an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting platform errors, miscalculated odds, or system glitches in bad faith, including continuing to place bets after becoming aware of such an error.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions, or use of the platform to facilitate the movement of funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to access accounts belonging to other players, reverse-engineer platform systems, or circumvent security measures by any technical means.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward jeetbu staff or other platform users via any communication channel.

Where jeetbu reasonably suspects prohibited conduct, it may freeze account balances, reverse recent transactions, and conduct a full account investigation before making a final determination. jeetbu's decision in such matters is final, subject to any applicable dispute resolution process.

jeetbu takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The platform provides a range of tools designed to help players maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over daily, weekly, or monthly periods.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time spent on the platform, available at configurable intervals.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months up to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

All content on the jeetbu platform — including but not limited to the jeetbu brand name, logo, website design, interface layout, graphics, written content, data compilations, software, and game assets — is the intellectual property of jeetbu or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jeetbu platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without express written permission.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any jeetbu content.
• Use the jeetbu brand name, logo, or any associated marks in any external publication, social media content, or marketing material without prior written authorisation.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the platform for any commercial or non-personal purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jeetbu excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the jeetbu platform, whether direct or indirect.
• Platform downtime, interruptions, or technical failures resulting from maintenance, third-party service disruptions, telecommunications failures, or circumstances beyond jeetbu's reasonable control.
• The accuracy or completeness of sports data, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform, which are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute guarantees.
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors, including delays, failures, or errors in the processing of deposits or withdrawals.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits jeetbu's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Gambling involves financial risk. jeetbu does not guarantee winnings and is not liable for losses incurred through normal gameplay. Players participate at their own risk and should only wager amounts they can afford to lose.

jeetbu reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jeetbu will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where practicable, jeetbu will also notify registered players via their on-platform notification inbox. Your continued use of the platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact the support team to close your account and process any eligible withdrawal of your balance.

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the jeetbu platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to internationally licensed online gaming operations. Any dispute not resolved informally through jeetbu's customer support process may be submitted to the dispute resolution mechanism provided under jeetbu's operating licence.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
